A high quality traveling wave tube (TWT), manufactured in England by EEV.  Moderate output power of 1W, and modest HT power requirements.  The RF input and output connections are WG16 (WR90) which is specified for use from 8.2GHz - 12.4GHz, the tube itself is designed for use at 9.0GHz.  Available RF bandwidth is currently not known.  A partial data sheet is available.

Modest HT power requirements make this tube ideal for the careful and reasonably experienced amateur/experimenter.  It is likely that these tubes will operate well into the 10GHz amateur band, but this has not been verified.  As with most TWT's, variation of the helix voltage will provide a small degree of RF tuning.  These tubes are new and unused, in original boxes.
