The Glassman WX10N100 is a 0-10kV 0-100mA 1kW High Voltage Power Supply. The input voltage is 220V ac. This unit is an "OEM" style with remote control and remote metering options. The Y66 option refers to Applied Materials remote control configuration. AMAT ref 0090-91155.
The Y66 option presets the output current to maximum. It is possible to reconfigure this back to the original specification. We have a complete set of circuit diagrams. The input voltage is compatible with 208V (US) and 230V (European) outlets.
The unit is New Old Stock (NOS) in good cosmetic condition; some small marks from storage. Please note, items used for demonstration are NOT included but may be available separately.
