The HP 33220A is an advanced function generator with built-in waveforms and a graphical waveform display. A basic frequency range of 100uHz to 20MHz applies to the sine, square, triangle and ramp modes. ARB mode frequency range dependent on the pattern length. Simple front panel control, or full ATE functionality via the GPIB interface, USB or LAN.
In excellent condition, fully tested and in good working order with the carry handle.
