The Keithley 2601B-Pulse Source Meter is designed to produce a test voltage or current, and to read back the current or voltage from the load. This allows accurate measurement of, for example, semiconductor parameters.
This unit is in excellent cosmetic condition, almost "as new", and has been tested as shown below.
