Flann bench top microwave accessories need little introduction, they are simply the best. This is a phase shifter (changer) in WG22 (WR28) covering 26.4 - 40.1GHz and providing a full 360deg phase shift which is accurate and repeatable.
This unit is in good cosmetic condition and fully working, just a couple of small bums and scrapes from normal lab use. The base plate is non-standard.
