This lens has no markings, and so the manufacturer is not known. The aperture is huge, 250mm. Focal length approx 250mm, so also very fast, approx F1.0.
The lens is in almost mint condition, there is one small blemish in the rear A/R coating which is visible in image #5 below. The aluminium cell is 290mm diameter and does show slight signs of handling/use.
A beautiful lens, and the largest thermal lens we have seen.
