The EXFO FVA-3100 is a high performance optical attenuator specified for use within the band 700-1350nm. The attenuation is programmable from the front panel or via GPIB / RS232, and may be set with 0.01dB resolution from 0.63 to 100dB. This unit is in excellent cosmetic condition, looks unused, but there is a scratch on the lid (shown below)
We have tested this unit over the full attenuation range, and find it to be in good working order.
