This is a Bird 8922 Termaline 5000 Watt coaxial termination, with 1-5/8" EIA connector. The DC resistance is a little high at 58 Ohms, which will give a VSWR of 1.16. This is slightly outside manufacturers specification, it should be 1.1 or less.

We are advertising this as faulty, although it is still usable as-is.
