The HP 6625A is a dual output system power supply with dual voltage / current ranges. This unit has a 50V 0.5A specification on channel 1, and a selectable 16V 2A or 50V 1A specification for channel 2. Everything is programmable via the front panel including over voltage settings and currelt limits, but most usefully the GPIB interface can be used to fully program the unit and read back all of the voltage and current readings. Perfect for ATE use.
In good cosmetic condition as shown below, and fully working.
