The HP 8922H is a mutifunction radio comms test set optimised for GSM mobile testing, but read on >>. Switch off the GSM personality, and what you get is a general purpose RF signal generator that covers 10MHz to 1010MHz in 1Hz steps with inbuilt pulse modulation, an audio signal generator, an FM demodulator, and of course, a digital oscilloscope. See below for measurement examples.
The GPIB interface can be used to grab oscilloscope graphics as shown, or used for full ATE programming. The condition of this unit is fairly good, very slight screen shaddow (burn), fully working. This unit has been upgraded to "M" spec. No other options.
