This unit is a high speed, high voltage avalanche step generaor that produces a minimum 200V step into 50 ohms. See below, there is a 20dB attenuator at the output and still 40V peak seen on the oscilloscope screen. Though the pulse appears to be 30nS wide, the pulse is actuall much faster and would require a very fast oscilloscope to do it justice.
In good cosmetic condition and appears to work OK. Please note, NO EXPORT.
