The R&S AFG is a synthesised function generator with comprehensive control capabilities via front panel and GPIB. The base frequency range is 10mHz (milli-Hz) to 20MHz, with waveforms of sine, triangle, square, trapezoidal and pulse. Extended control functions provide burst, gated and partial-cycles, frequency sweeps, AM, FM, PM, FSK and VCO modulation.
This unit is in good cosmetic condition and working as shown below. Some of the front panel LED's do not illuminate, but the function of the unit is not affected by this. The protective front cover is included.
