The Tektronix P6207 is a 4GHz FET probe for use with oscilloscopes such as the TDS820 (shown below for illustration), allowing RF and high speed digital measurements with the minimum of circuit loading or signal disruption. The probe has an input capacitance specification of 0.4pF.
