This item is a high speed PIN switch manufactured by Farran Technology in Ireland. It operates satisfactorily over the 26.5 - 40GHz band, with the lowest insertion loss observed between 30 and 32GHz.. The power supplies required are +5V and -12V, the control input being TTL compatible. The connector required is a 4-pin Fischer, pinout provided to buyer. Switching speed approximately 20nS. Gold plated. Oddly, no part number visible on it.
