This lens was manufactured by Pilkington for long wave thermal imager use. It has a huge front element, the aperture is 210mm. This is a motorised zoom lens, 3.5-20x. It also has motorised focus.
The lens is in almost mint condition, there are a couple of small blemishes in the A/R coating which are barely visible in the images below. The housing is heavy cast aluminium and does show slight signs of handling/use.
A beautiful lens, and the largest thermal zoom we have seen.
