This is the Anritsu (Wiltron) 37169C, a 22.5MHz - 40GHz vector network analyser. This unit comes with the SM5392 s-parameter test set, which is equipped with bias tees for active device measurement, and a port-2 attenuator (optional when new). Other options include time domain, the high stability ovened timebase, and 1Hz frequency resolution. The interesting and useful characteristic of the 37169 vs a 37269 or 37369 is that you can direct access the receiver channels.
This instrument is in excellent cosmetic condition and fully functional. The GPIB port is compatible with the industry standard "Softplot" measurement presentation software, allowing for high quality documentation direct to PC.
