This is a Bird 8927 Termaline 5000 Watt coaxial termination, with 3-1/8" EIA connector. The DC resistance is 52.3 Ohms, which will give a VSWR of 1.04. This is well within the manufacturers specification, which should be 1.1 or less.

In fair overall condition. Some scuffs and marks as to be expected, and some damage to the "feet" (folded over flanges).
