This item is a microwave test fixture for use with SO-16 surface mounted devices. Devices with up to 16 pins can be accomodated, each pin being connected to an SMA connector on the side of the test fixture. The microwave substrate is damaged and needs to be replaced.
The substrate could be perhaps be replaced with one supporting a different type of device?
