Gigatronics 80601A is an RF power sensor, 10MHz to 18GHz, with a Type-N connector. It is compatible with various meters including the 8542C shown below.

Excellent cosmetic condition (looks as-new), but faulty and will not zero/cal. Suitable for spares or repair only.
