The HP (Agilent) 4291B is a 1MHz to 1.8GHz Impedance/Material Analyser. This unit is in excellent cosmetic condition but not working. The fan runs but nothing else happens.
We have verified that all internal parts are present (see below). The main 24V power supply appears to be OK, but the DC-DC converter that generates other rails e.g. 5V is faulty. For this reason, offered as-is for spares or repair. This would be a high value unit if repaired.
