The HP (Agilent) 5300B is a modular measuring system, in this case fitted with a 5305B 1.3GHz Frequency Counter. Robust hard metal case. This unit is in excellent cosmetic condition and fully working as shown below. When tested we found the unit would reliably count to 1.5GHz.
