The Racal 1991 is a "Universal" counter timer, which means it will measure a variety of frequency/period and ratio measurements in respect of one or two inputs. This unit has the usual keyboard problem and will require repair. On test, we found that it will reliably count at up to 230MHz on input "A".
Cosmetically in fair condition, and does work as shown below, although the keyboard is u/s and it is not possible to change any of the settings. Offered as-is for "spares or repair".
