Manufactured by Programmable Power Supply Inc for plasma heating applications, this is a 7kW RF amplifier unit. Believed to have been used at 19MHz in an Applied Materials system, this particular unit was retired from active service several years ago and kept as a spare. It is known to be in good working order, but offered on a "spares or repair" basis ONLY because we are unable to test or demonstrate it.. The frequency range and full specification is not known, please send us data if you have any!.
In fair cosmetic condition, with a few bumps and scratches as to be expected. We have 3 of these units, please see our other items.
